Holi 2021 Special Recipe: How To Make Thandai Kheer | Thandai Kheer Recipe:
- Take pistachio, almonds, melon seeds, soaked poppy seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, and cardamom in a grinder and make a paste. The thandai masala is ready.
- Boil milk in a saucepan and add saffron, soaked rice and thandai masala to it.
- Let it boil on medium flame and thicken.
- Add sugar to it and cook for a minute.
- Transfer it to a bowl and garnish with chopped almonds.
