How To Make Classic American Pancake | Classic American Pancake Recipe:
A pancake is basically a flat, round cake prepared from a starch-based batter made with maida, egg, milk and baking powder. For this particular recipe, we need maida, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, eggs and butter. You may also sprinkle some cinnamon powder and vanilla essence for some added flavours. Now, mix everything together until you get a smooth and silky batter. Heat a pan and grease it. Pour a ladleful of batter on the pan and cook on medium flame until each side turns golden brown in colour. Your pancakes are ready.
